ABOUT ME
KeiwoB was created in 2019. The inspiration behind KeiwoB was based on myself having a difficult time finding clothes that would fit me the way I needed them to. I've always found it difficult to walk into a department store, and find pants and/or shirts that were long enough to fit my slim 6'3" frame. If I did find an item of clothing long enough, it was always too big. I think most designers believe that if you're tall, then you're automatically bigger. NOT.
A few years ago, my neighbor asked me to be in her fashion show, and once I found out she was the seamstress for the show, I enlisted her to teach me how to sew. I began sewing all my work clothes, which led me to experimenting with other items. That led to my peers asking me to sew for them, and one referral led to the next, and so forth. Little did I know that it would lead to this present moment for me. I stopped sewing for a few years to obtain my nursing degree, but I'm back sewing in between my work schedule, and fully committed to growing KeiwoB. I know I have a trying road ahead of me, and I'm aware that nothing in life worth having comes easy. It's a jungle out there, but I ain't a lioness for nothin!
